Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery, will debut at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), the Canadian Festival announced Wednesday, according to the Associated Press.

The film written and directed by Rian Johnson will make its world premiere at the 47th edition of TIFF, running Sept. 8-18, according to The Associated Press. Glass Onion is a follow up to Johnson’s whodunit hit “Knives Out” which was launched in Toronto in 2019.

According to The Associated Press, while “Knives Out” was released by Lionsgate, Netflix last year bought two sequels for $450 million. Netflix will release the film in late 2022.

According to scenes in “Glass Onion,” Daniel Craig’s Detective Benoit Blanc travels to Greece for a new mystery and co-stars Edward Norton, Janelle Monáe and Kathryn Hahn. Others are Leslie Odom, Jr., Jessica Henwick and Madelyn Cline, The Associated Press reported.
